The IELTS exam fee is an essential requirement for all candidates. Though it's advisable to be certain of your test date before reserving a place, candidates may sometimes require cancellations or rescheduling based on unexpected events. IDP accepts cancellations and rescheduling at specific charges.

IELTS Cancellation Fee

• More than 5 weeks prior to the examination: You will get a reimbursement, minus a 25% administrative charge.
• Less than 5 weeks before the test: No refund will be issued.
• Failure to appear on examination day: No reimbursement, and the situation is treated as a cancellation.

IELTS Rescheduling Fee

Candidates wishing to reschedule must submit their request at least 5 weeks before the scheduled test date. The new date can be selected within 3 months of the initial test date. A rescheduling charge of INR 4,500, inclusive of taxes, is applicable. This modification is permitted only once, and no refunds will be issued if the candidate fails to attend the newly booked exam.
